The Rio Mesa High football team (1-0) will play host to visiting Ventura (1-1) at 7 tonight.
The Spartans opened this season with a 59-13 demolition of San Marcos last weekend.
RMHS quarterback Kado Brown completed 6-of-8 passes for 101 yards and two touchdowns and ran for 111 yards and four more scores.
Matt Espinoza rushed for 153 yards while Brad Borodaty had 104 receiving yards.
Ventura beat Agoura 38-6 last weekend.
