Aiden DeMello sat impatiently on the bleachers waiting for the football camp practice to begin.”I like football a lot, and I like the Cowboys,” said the 9-year old Camarillo resident. “That’s why I came today.”

Aiden joined his 6-year old brother, Austin, and dozens of other young people Sunday at a youth football camp hosted by the city of Oxnard and The Dallas Cowboys at their training facility in Oxnard.

While the Cowboys were headed to Oakland to play the Raiders, Cowboy staff members, past and present NFL coaches and players along with John Williams of Coaching Solutions Innovations from Barstow came to teach skills.
