First place in the Pacific View League high school baseball standings will be on the line next week when Mike Volaski, above left, and the Camarillo Scorpions (7-6 overall, 5-1 in league) take on Oxnard (14-3, 6-0) in a home-and-home series. The teams play at Oxnard on Tuesday at 3:15 p.m. and then again Friday at ACHS at the same time.
