By creating an after prom party of their own at the Roxy Theater, PTSA gives students the option to have a great time in a safe and sober atmosphere. The “Safe and Sober After Prom” is currently being organized by PTSA members who plan to have numerous opportunities and activities for seniors returning from prom to partake in.
These activities include movies, food, casino tables, photo opps, tattoos, and many other entertainment opportunities that will last from 12:00 a.m until 5:00 a.m. Three hundred to three hundred and fifty students are expected to buy tickets to this occasion.
Sales begin on May second, and by purchasing their ticket, students already begin the fun. By purchasing a ticket on the first day possible, the student it allotted 10 raffle stubs. On the second day, they are given 9, and so on. These tickets are added into a raffle for $1,000 that will take place at the Safe and Sober After Prom.
PTSA is in need of parent volunteers to help in the night’s activities and requests that parents email them at firstname.lastname@example.org if they are interested in helping.
