Meet Mary Ann Larrieu
Our commitment to Green
The combination of California's state budget crisis and our rising operating cost is requiring us to change the way we view and use our energy resources. As a result, our school board took a proactive step to reduce the amount of money we spend on utilities by adopting a policy stating the priority of energy conservation and entering in a partnership with Energy Education, Inc.
This is not a short-term "green project" or simply turning off lights. It's a comprehensive, rigorous and sustainable energy program to help us save money for years to come.
We are excited at the opportunities the energy program will provide us in being good stewards of tax payer dollars and our community's environment.
